What happens if I cancel?
When your plan ends, your store keeps running; only the OnFinds search switches off.
Am I tied to a long-term contract?
No — cancel anytime with one month's notice. There's no long-term commitment; your plan simply ends at the close of the month.
Do child products count toward the product limit, or only parent products?
That depends on your configuration: if you search only parent products, only parents are counted. If you search only child products, only children count, and with both, both are counted. Depending on your setup, child products may therefore be included in the count.
Can out-of-stock products be shown further down?
Yes. Out-of-stock products can automatically be moved to the end of the search results.
Are customer group prices supported?
Yes, customer group prices are supported.
Can colors, fonts, and texts be customized?
Yes. Logos, colors, and all texts are fully customizable and can be matched to your store's design.
Does the search support multiple languages?
Yes, 27 languages are supported: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovenian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Greek, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Irish, and Maltese.
Are different languages indexed?
Yes, all content is indexed in all languages – Eastern European languages such as Russian or Ukrainian can be indexed without any issues.
What payment methods do you accept?
First, you choose between monthly and annual billing. You then pay by bank transfer – with monthly billing you receive an invoice every month – or conveniently via PayPal. If you need other payment methods, simply get in touch with us.
In how many stores can I use the search with one plan?
In multiple stores with just one plan. The only requirement is that the total number of products across all stores does not exceed your plan's limit.
Which JTL-Shop templates does OnFinds work with?
OnFinds works with all templates currently known on the market – including Nova, NUI, Themeart, SALEPIX, Admorris, and EasyTemplate. In general, the plugin can be used with any system, since you can configure the selectors yourself.
Which JTL-Shop versions does OnFinds support?
OnFinds supports every JTL-Shop from version 5.0 onward.
Which store platforms are supported?
OnFinds runs as a plugin in your store platform. Currently live: JTL-Shop (from version 5.0) and Shopware 6 – PrestaShop is in preparation. In principle, OnFinds can be connected to any system via the freely configurable selectors. See it live: jtl.onfinds.com and shopware.onfinds.com.
