Get the extension
Open OnFinds Power-Search in the JTL Extension Store and sign in with your JTL account – the same account your shop is registered with. Get the extension there.

Install it in your shop
Log in to your JTL-Shop backend and open Plug-ins → My purchases in the menu. “OnFinds Power-Search” appears there – click Install.

Register & connect
Open the installed plugin from the Plug-ins menu. If you don’t have an OnFinds account yet, click “Register now” inside the plugin and confirm your company details and email – your product data then syncs automatically.

Upload & install
Log in to your JTL-Shop backend and open Plug-ins → Plug-in manager. Upload the ZIP file in the Upload tab, switch to the Available tab and click Install next to “OnFinds Power-Search”.

No. OnFinds connects to your JTL-Shop, not to the Wawi. The normal Wawi → shop synchronisation continues unchanged; OnFinds then syncs automatically from the shop.
Which JTL-Shop versions are supported?
JTL-Shop 5.0 or newer.
What happens to my current search?
It stays in place. OnFinds handles search while the plugin is active – deactivate it and your previous search is immediately back.
Will the plugin slow down my shop?

Which JTL-Shop templates does OnFinds work with?
OnFinds works with all templates currently known on the market – including Nova, NUI, Themeart, SALEPIX, Admorris and EasyTemplate. In general, the plugin can be used with any setup, as you can configure the selectors yourself.
Are child products counted, or only parent products?
It depends on your configuration: if you search parent products only, only parents are counted. With child-only search, only children count; with both, both. Depending on the configuration, child products may therefore be counted as well.
How up to date is the search index?
As current as your shop: every product change that reaches the shop via the Wawi sync – new products, prices, stock levels, deletions – is synchronised to OnFinds automatically. Nothing to trigger, no cron job to set up.
Are my product attributes turned into filters?
Yes, automatically. Your JTL attributes are indexed and appear as facet filters next to the search results – customers can narrow down by colour, size, material and every other attribute without you maintaining any filters.
